Care & Maintenance
    • Refer to the care tag on the seat pad for washing instructions. Do not use solvents, caustic or abrasive cleaning materials. Do not press, iron, dry clean, tumble dry or wring the fabric. Reminder to always remove the metal frame and PE boards from the seat before washing. If the seat cover requires replacing, only use parts from a Baby Jogger authorized dealer. Plastic and metal parts may be surface washed only using warm water and mild soap; towel dry. The wheels can be cleaned using a damp cloth and must be dried completely with a soft towel or cloth before use. Do not store outside or near a direct heat source such as a radiator or fire. Always store in a dry and safe environment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Travels amazingly I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I am a mom of a 2.5 year old and a 4 month old. The car seat is amazing. Not only does this set come with an extra base, but the seat itself can be safely secured with NO BASE, just a seatbelt. So if you are traveling, or utilize public transit— this car seat is a godsend. The stroller navigates very nicely, even on trails and through grass. It also told up very easily and reads “FOLD” so when you are sleep deprived you can’t forget how it works (been there)! This is a great set to register for. We will be purchasing an extra seat set so both kiddos can ride. Note— if you want to use the car seat and the regular stroller seat you can BUT this set does not include the adapter piece you will need to secure a bottom seat.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good stroller… faulty carseat configuration I registered for this on my Amazon baby registry and received it a couple months ago. My boy is two months old and I really wanted to love this system. I love the look and how it handles while using it. The biggest down side is its really hard to remove the carseat from the adapters on the stroller. I have to press the button multiple times and yank on it really hard and even then sometimes it just doesn’t give. I registered for this over the Uppababy but I’m wondering if I made a mistake. Other than that I do love it. Maybe I just got a defective unit.

I received the travel system through stellar product testing panel, and it came with the base, car seat, and stroller that my two year old and my six month in fit perfectly. I don’t think I can pick just one favorite feature, it truly is a diamond in the mine. I love the sun shades, they actually shade my little ones. I love the sleek grab bar in front of them, the car seat is sleek and modern. You can use the car seat without the base as well but I love the base and the safety features of the entire travel system.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Awkward to open, clumsy. I bought the travel system for Black Friday in 2021. I had a baby jogger city mini 2 with my first baby and wanted the option of a double stroller. This seemed to fit the bill. Not sure if it’s my unit but attaching the baby jogger car seat to the stroller can be tricky. It doesn’t always latch properly or “half-latches” and I have to push the button and yank pretty hard to get it off and back on again. Opening the stroller frame itself is difficult and I’m almost guaranteed to get whacked in the shins or smacking the bottom half hard onto the pavement. Closing the frame for storage is also a pain as you have to lift both circular hinges and lift the frame with a yank to close it and the hinges often stick and I have to give it a shake to close it. My city mini just has a strap you lift and bam! Closed. This model is just clunky, stiff and clumsy. I kind of hate it. I’ve had it for almost a year and really tried to love it but I just don’t. The city mini is a dream though. I just wish I could do two rumble seats or car seat/rumble seat combo with that model. It’s too late for me to do anything about it and it was an expensive large item that I wanted to love.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great stroller with some issues I bought this bevause I could not justify the uppa baby. I noticed the canopy and the car seat are much bigger on the city select than the uppa baby and I am glad I got it because my son is huge and would have been hanging out of the uppa baby travel system by month 5! However, the uppa baby has a much better bottom basket as it is much larger and goes around the bottom bar not just stopping at it. The not having a pram was really tough with a winter baby but the cost of the pram is way too expensive. We also bought the second seat just in case and I cannot believe the snack trays are not included. What kid won't want a snack tray?! It seems accessories are astronomical in price and I wish it wasn't so but online used sites have people selling accessories for much cheaper. All in all its a good stroller, wish it had hand brakes but otherwise not terrible and folds up nicely.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A complete travel system I was given this product to try as part of a Stellar Product Testing Panel. This travel system not only has all the pieces you'll need on day one, it grows with your child. Components include: a) Stroller, b) Infant Car Seat, c) Two Car Seat Bases, d) Belly Bar for Stroller, and e) Parent Console for Stroller. The system came in an enormous box, safely packaged with each component well labelled. Overall the materials feel durable, if on the heavier side. Stroller assembly was intuitive, and I liked that the tires didn't require pumping. Attaching the car seat into the stroller required two adapters (included) which took a few attempts on account of the right/left labeling being flipped depending on whether one installs from the front or back. One suggestion I'd have for the company is to design away the need for adapters, since they also make the seat feel less securely held in the stroller. The stroller rolls smoothly and has good maneuverability in tight areas. Finding the front wheel lock mechanism wasn't as intuitive as I would have hoped. I found the stroller's handle adjustment to work well pulling out, but was not as fluid when pushed in, perhaps due to too much sideways flex in the arms that the extension telescopes into. I appreciated the seat cover snapping off for an easy wash. Being able to convert the stroller from a one-seat to two-seater is great optionality for growing families. The stroller has a detachable sun protector, which I didn't quite understand since it's hard for me to foresee a use case when I wouldn't want it in place. Stroller collapse mechanism is intuitive for the experienced, and the perfectly-placed "FOLD" labeling helps the new uncles out there operate smoothly on the playground. In folded position, the stroller is compact and easily fit into the trunk of my sedan. Despite having areas of improvement, I think this is a high-utility product and great for newly growing families.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unsafe! Purchased the stroller car seat combo, used about once a week for the last 6 months. Car seat doesn’t always attach and will easily lift off. Contacted company and they offered a replacement part For me to install. As I am not a technically qualified to install there is no insurance that the product will be safe enough to use. Unhappy with customer support and warranty seems faulty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stroller and infant car seat bundle Stroller Let me just start with this stroller is a must have! Especially for growing families!! I have a 4 year old and 5 month old so my hands are usually full. This stroller makes everything so much easier, from the push of the stroller to popping in the infant seat. The infant car seat is so simple to pop in once you have the attachments, it’s just as easy as putting the infant car seat into the car seat base. The bundle comes with two bases, an infant car seat and the stroller! The box was pretty heavy when it was delivered, so if your expecting I suggest waiting for your partner before you drag the box into the house. The packaging was great though, everything was packed so safely and tight inside the big box. The stroller was pretty easy to put together, the hardest part was trying to figure out the belly bar! I personally like being able to read the directions while looking at the pictures, the directions that came with it only had pictures of each step and the instructions were located at the very back of the booklet but it was numbered so you could flip back and forth. I’ve taken the stroller through a trail, out to the ball field, and around the neighborhood. It pushes very smooth, going over tree roots and curbs with ease. There is also plenty of storage room under the seat/car seat, definitely more then the average stroller. After doing some of my own research, i have discovered that you can buy more attachments for the stroller. Like a 2nd seat to make it into a double stroller while still being the same size as a single stroller. You can also buy a glider for your oldest baby, and a food tray for the seats! Now on to the infant car seat that came with the bundle, It’s heavy! After having my 5 month old, I’ve been having carpel tunnel, and lugging the infant car seat into daycare has been a struggle. It’s very bulky, awkward to hold, and there is no good way to grip the car seat, even when wrapping your arm around the handle to even out the weight. If you don’t plan on toting the car seat around a lot this bundle is amazing! I highly recommend to any growing family to invest in the city select 2 eco collection essentials bundle. The stroller and infant car seat will last us years to come. I wish I had this when my first was born, it would of saved me the expense of getting a stroller for him then a double stroller later on.
