Return Policy

Purchases made on BabyJogger.com may be returned by mail within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned new, unused, complete and unaltered, in their original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection, and refunds are issued only after inspection confirms the item meets these conditions. The item received must match the model on the order.

Returns that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund and the original charge will stand. Non-conforming items may be returned to you at your expense if you provide a prepaid shipping label within 3-5 business days of notice; items not reclaimed within that window will be discarded and are not eligible for reimbursement.

For safety reasons, car seats that have been used, involved in a crash, expired or recalled cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns are credited for the product only. Returns are free through the Return Portal. Fill out the Start a Return form or use your order history in My Account. An email confirmation will be sent with step-by-step instructions.
