By the end of your 100-day trial, we hope you’ll decide to keep your stroller. But if it’s not the right fit, no worries. Return it for a full refund, just pay return shipping.

When does the 100-Day Trial offer start?

The offer is valid on any qualifying stroller purchase made on or after October 27, 2021. Your 100-day period starts 10 days after your purchase date.

Which strollers qualify for the 100-Day Trial?

The 100-Day Trial offer is valid on the following stroller platforms: city sights™, city mini® GT2 singles and doubles, city select® 2, and summit™ X3. After you make your purchase, you must also register your stroller to qualify. City tour™ 2 single and double strollers and all first-generation stroller models are excluded from the offer.

Is the 100-Day Trial offer only available at babyjogger.com?

Yes, products purchased through other retailers and websites are subject to that retailer or website’s return policy.

What if the stroller is damaged during the 100-Day Trial?

A stroller cannot be returned if it sustains any damage caused by any of the following factors: misuse, poor maintenance, improper installation, corrosion, mold, rust, sun exposure, sweat, detergent, or accident. 

What if I purchased a travel system or accessories for my stroller?

Only qualifying strollers are subject to the 100 Day Trial – all other items are subject to our standard return policy.

What is the process for returning the stroller if I am not satisfied?

You can access your order details online through your account to initiate the return process.

Do I need to return the stroller in the original packaging?

No, any packaging is fine; however, all stroller parts must be returned.

If I used Afterpay to buy the stroller, do I still qualify?

Yes, all purchase methods including Afterpay qualify for the 100-Day Free Trial.

Do free returns apply to the 100-Day Trial?

Only unopened items are available for free return shipping within the first 30 days. Once you open and use the stroller, customers must pay shipping costs for their return.
