With a few simple clicks, the Baby Jogger® City Select® 2 Second Seat Kit turns your City Select® 2 single stroller into a double stroller. The kit includes the second seat and its mounting brackets.

Care & Maintenance
  • Refer to the care tag on the seat pad for washing instructions. Do not use solvents, caustic or abrasive cleaning materials. Do not press, iron, dry clean, tumble dry or wring the fabric. Reminder to always remove the metal frame and PE boards from the seat before washing. If the seat cover requires replacing, only use parts from a Baby Jogger authorized dealer. Plastic and metal parts may be surface washed only using warm water and mild soap; towel dry. The wheels can be cleaned using a damp cloth and must be dried completely with a soft towel or cloth before use. Do not store outside or near a direct heat source such as a radiator or fire. Always store in a dry and safe environment.

Model Number

Most Model numbers can be found on the back of your Baby Jogger® product. In some Baby Jogger products, model numbers can be found on the top of a base unit.

Manufacturing Date

This date refers to the day, month, and year in which a Baby Jogger product was made, and can be found on the sticker along with the model number. Here are three examples manufactured date formats:

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Harbor Grey I bought this stroller and a second seat kit both in Harbor Grey for my twin boys in September after a lot of research and recommendations from other twin parents. We have loved using the stroller with the adapters for our car seats to click in, but now that my boys are old enough to sit in the stroller seats, we realized that the second seat kit we purchased does not match the original stroller seat color at all. I reached out for assistance but have not heard back from anyone. I'm terribly disappointed because we spent a lot of money on this stroller over other brands for them to not match at all. If you purchase a second seat kit, make sure yours matches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't be fooled by irrelevant reviews I don't know why everyone is giving this item a bad rating when they are complaining about a lack of parts for the first edition city select; it really gives a misleading rating. This kit is great. It works effortlessly with the city select 2 stroller. Material feels comfortable and durable. The second seat adapter fits well and feels sturdy. The canopy has great coverage. Nothing to complain.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This kit is a great combo! My Eco collection kit came with the 2nd seat, leather bumper and the seat adapter which pairs with the Eco collection city select stroller. Shipping took 3 days .. pretty fast considering I ordered during the Christmas bustle and shipping delays due to pandemic. Upon arrival I noticed the slender box had the brand “baby jogger” name and picture of item on the box. No surprise there for those trying to gift this item. FYI The 2nd seat is very nice. I like that the harness buckle don’t fall easily apart like the 1st seat.. no defect there. I had to set up the bottom of the seat well by snapping it in. Super easy. Fabric is similar quality and color to 1st seat in my new stroller set. I would like to see the foot well bar extend for additional height for taller kids to make the stroller investment super worth it!!! I would like to see a standard plastic snack tray (nothing fancy about it) and non PVC rain cover or shield (again it’s only a form of plastic) added to this kit for all of your double strollers that requires a second seat purchase. This is not much to ask for considering the stroller it self is expensive investment already that only included Frame, 1st seat that snaps in and faux leather bumper bar. Overall it’s a nice seat! Bumper bar gives luxury look. The adapters are easy to use and click in. Thank you!
