Model Number

Most Model numbers can be found on the back of your Baby Jogger® product. In some Baby Jogger products, model numbers can be found on the top of a base unit.

Manufacturing Date

This date refers to the day, month, and year in which a Baby Jogger product was made, and can be found on the sticker along with the model number. Here are three examples manufactured date formats:

We bought the stroller with the intention of being able to upgrade to a double stroller when we have our second. I’m extremely discouraged to see that they are no longer selling the brackets for the second seat and I’m now left in the same position as many other shoppers our double stroller is not as functional as it was supposed to be. Reached out to baby jogger and still have not been contacted back. Would not buy again based on the price if they’re going to be changing the parts after a few years making it obsolete

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Parts not available for original City Select We bought a city select stroller in 2018, not that long ago, and love it. It’s durable and a really smooth ride, we want to keep it, but now we are looking for a second seat as our family is growing, and I am completely shocked that the city select 2 seats are not compatible with the original model, and they have zero options or support for people in this situation, who purchased their original model within the last 5 years. My model number doesn’t even register as valid on the replacement parts section and it was manufactured in 2018. I have contacted Baby Jogger about this and have gotten no response. We are left feeling stranded after shelling out hundreds for their expensive stroller based on the promise of a customizable system for years to come. I have scoured 3rd party websites (something I should not have to do for a 3 year old stroller) and have found essentially nothing I can do with this stroller besides try to sell it for a huge loss if I want a double stroller. Some sellers I’ve seen offer a second seat only - no adapters, which make it useless unless you have those, for an extreme markup. I can confidently say that this has inspired zero brand loyalty and I warn everyone who asks not to buy anything from this company as they will just leave you high and dry for nearly new items.

This adapter doesn’t work with it, guessing stroller is too old?!? The worst part is also scouring the internet, with zero results. So unfortunate. hope they can help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I’ll echo other customers that have experienced the same disappointment. We lost a seat adaptor for our City Select Lux double stroller. I assumed it would be easy to purchase the replacement part for a 2018 stroller. Not so. I have raved about this stroller system to friends & strangers in the past…I won’t recommend this brand to others anymore.

You’d think for such an expensive stroller there would continue to be accessories made available. I should have gone with the Uppa Baby!!!

When we got pregnant, I came to purchase a second seat adapter and since the stroller is discontinued so are the parts for it!? Now I can’t fit my two kids in the stroller. So annoying!! And I can’t find it on third party retailers anywhere. Save your money, don’t buy!
