Locating Your Product Information

Model Number

Most Model numbers can be found on the back of your Baby Jogger® product. In some Baby Jogger products, model numbers can be found on the top of a base unit.

Manufacturing Date

This date refers to the day, month, and year in which a Baby Jogger product was made, and can be found on the sticker along with the model number. Here are three examples manufactured date formats:

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It works, but I don’t love it My 6 year old (almost 40 lbs) loves riding on the board and the rollerblade style wheels give her a smooth ride, but it’s pretty awkward to push with her on it. I like that the board easily folds up when not in use, but I hate that you have to detach the board before folding the stroller. I’d feel better about these flaws if the board wasn’t $100. For that price, I’d hoped for something easier to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible; do not buy Horrible product, do not buy! I thought I could dismiss the other negative reviews but I really regret not taking them seriously. And of course, when you purchase a product like this in advance of having your second baby, you likely can’t return the product in the 30-day window. This board has terrible traction; the wheels behave totally differently than the stroller’s. It’s incredibly unstable; you can feel how the whole stroller threatens to flip even on flat surfaces (and yes my toddler is less than the supposed 45lb weight limit), an going down even the slightest ramp takes great concentration to prevent it flipping. And even for someone 6’1”, my arms were too short to comfortably push. We wanted to like this, we really did, but it is a huge waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unsafe - Potential to Harm Your Children Unfortunately my experience was the exact same as Lilibaby's. The glider board significantly impacts the stability of the stroller and makes it exceedingly dangerous to use. It will readily tip backwards on to the toddler with minimal downward pressure. This is UNSAFE and caused the stroller to tip backwards while it was being used with my children. I strongly advise parents to not purchase this product. If you own it already, dispose of it. If you insist on using it anyway, be prepared to hold the stroller up to prevent it from tipping backwards the entire time it is in use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We are a fan! We love it! Our toddler loves having an alternative to sitting in the stroller, but not having to walk the entire distance as well. We love that it folds to its upright position while being able to stay attached. Saves us time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Recommend it After using this product for two years I will say is great one. We travel with it Europe and middle east and it so smooth goes on rocky roads. My toddler sleep in it all the time and there is lots of room to lay down.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Works ok but a big desgin flaw First time I tried to remove it from the stroller, the plastic ratchet straps that go around the shaft broke immediately. I broke the first one, then I was super careful with the second one, and it snapped right away. That's a pretty bad design. A rubber strap would be more sturdy. The elastic strap that hold the glider on the stroller don't look very sturdy also. Obviously they're still in pretty good shape since the glider is practically new, but in the long term I think they would just stretch and loosen. A rubber strap would have been a good idea there too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Design and Testing I received this as a gift as we believed it would help us navigate the Children's Hospital with our baby and toddler more easily. Unfortunately the design of this product tips the stroller portion backwards and makes the entire stroller unstable and unsafe. We are very disappointed in this product as is our toddler who was looking forward to riding along with sister.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best purchase I needed a stroller for 3 and saw that the glider board was an option. I was hesitant about how it would fit and if my 2 1/2 year old would even like to stand on it. He loves it! I’m so happy I purchased it. Has made life so much easier.
