Model Number

Most Model numbers can be found on the back of your Baby Jogger® product. In some Baby Jogger products, model numbers can be found on the top of a base unit.

Manufacturing Date

This date refers to the day, month, and year in which a Baby Jogger product was made, and can be found on the sticker along with the model number. Here are three examples manufactured date formats:

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Front tires falling apart Just like everyone else, both front tires have disintegrated in the middle and are moving outwards. I love the stroller, but $80 to replace both front wheels on a $400+ stroller seems disproportionate, particularly since this is clearly a defect in the material used or manufacturing. It is also apparent that Baby Jogger knows this is an issue, as the front wheels are essentially the only replacement parts available for the city select. Why haven’t these wheels been recalled or replacements been offered for a much lower price?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Replacement Broke Immediately! Hi purchase a replacement wheel earlier in the year when my front wheel cracked in half when trying to push it over a crack in the sidewalk. Upon receiving the replacement it was very easy to change out the broken one. However, the new wheel cracked almost immediately! We had may be gone on 5 to 10 walks when I was pushing my kids onto a sidewalk and it snapped sending the stroller crumpling forward! Leaving myself and my four kids stranded in our neighborhood. We had to wait for my husband to come pick us up as I had a three-year-old and one-year-old who were unable to walk the mile back to our home. I spent $40 replacing the wheel and it infuriates me to think that the only way to get my thousand dollar stroller rolling again is to spend 40 more dollars!

I was looking for a replacement wheel for my $750 dollar stroller when I noticed every customer that left a review had the same exact issue....the front tires are disintegrating with normal (even light use!). If this was normal wear and tear the back tires would also need replacing (they don't) , clearly the product is defective. I've been a huge fan since we purchased this stroller, I'm hoping baby jogger will look into this a bit more and offer a fair resolution to the matter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Replacement wheel broken in less than 7 months Less than 7 months ago, I purchased 2 replacement wheels for our Baby Jogger City Select, as one of the front wheels had broken in the same way as the attached picture. Since we bought the stroller second hand, I chose to replace both at the same time. Now, one of the replacement wheels has broken! I figured the previous break was because the wheel was so old. (I also assumed the age of the wheels was what contributed to a wobble in the front wheels when running too fast. I was surprised the wobble continued even with the new wheels.) I'm really annoyed, because the only way to use the stroller, it to purchase another expensive, yet cheaply made, replacement wheel, crossing my fingers the next replacement will last longer. I will also be contacting the company in hopes this is covered under some sort of warranty. Less than 7 months of use is ridiculous!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Poor quality falls apart easily. My front two tires disintegrated and both need to be replaced, not normal of regular wear and tear. The back tires are like bike wheels and are great! Disappointed in my purchase of my city select stroller. The tires look like they should have been recalled.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from These wheels are terrible I bought this stroller less than a year ago and its only been used for about 7 months total. My wheels are awful. They look 12 years old. I came to replace them only to find out they're $80! How ridiculous, and Baby Jogger knows there's an issue because to replace ANY other part, you have to call but these are readily available for purchase. The stroller is beautiful, the tires are not. I'm embarrassed of them. Please lower the price or make better wheels.

I have two of these exact same strollers with the front tires ripped apart and I’m very hesitant of spending $200 to get them rolling again. Very disappointed with this issue after spending so much money in “premium” strollers

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly made Both front tires all of a sudden developed a rut in the center. It makes the stroller very difficult to push and steer. They are really poorly made, compared to the back tires, which are still in great condition. We love our City Select, but we're not thrilled to have to spend $80 to replace these tires.
