I looked and noticed that the front tires are falling apart starting in the center of the tire. Our back tires are perfect. I think this should be a free replacement part

The front tires are completely falling apart, and $80 for a replacement set feels really high. These tires should be recalled and replaced with a better quality tire.

While pushing my 2 toddlers up HILL! A recall on this stroller needs to happen immediately!!!

I went in a trail walk with my family and when we got back to the car my front tire was completely damaged. Smh that broke my heart because I love this stroller and use it often for my smaller kids. But the tires need to be more durable.

The stroller overall is in great shape, but the front wheels have completely deteriorated. I wouldn't mind replacing them but $80 for two wheels seems excessive for an already expensive stroller.

When switching to the swivel motion the wheels inadvertently move back to straight motion after a short period of time which makes it frustrating to maneuver. My double stroller is nice; however, the quality of these wheels have missed the mark and the cost to replace them is unreasonable.

To find out that this is just a case of an inferior product on an overall very well-made stroller. Then to find out that it's $40 each to replace the wheels that will most likely go bad again is outrageous. It's really a shame considering how good the stroller itself is.

I came to replace them only to find out they're $80! How ridiculous, and Baby Jogger knows there's an issue because to replace ANY other part, you have to call but these are readily available for purchase. The stroller is beautiful, the tires are not. I'm embarrassed of them. Please lower the price or make better wheels.

The wheel assembly came right off and we nearly crashed. Extremely disappointed, stroller and attachments cost over $1000 in Canada. That is too much for something so unreliable

Not typical wear and tear as back wheels are in almost new condition and our stroller is well cared for and only stored indoors. We were hoping to use this stroller with 2 kids but not worth it if wheels need to be replaced so often at such a steep cost. Very disappointed.

The back wheels and every other part of the stroller functions fine, however, these front wheels are made from very poor quality rubber/plastic.

I was looking for a replacement wheel for my $750 dollar stroller when I noticed every customer that left a review had the same exact issue....the front tires are disintegrating with normal (even light use!). If this was normal wear and tear the back tires would also need replacing (they don't) , clearly the product is defective. I've been a huge fan since we purchased this stroller, I'm hoping baby jogger will look into this a bit more and offer a fair resolution to the matter.

I don't have a receipt so I cannot claim it I assume since when I tried to make the claim, is asks for the receipt. I hate that this expensive nice stroller has such a weak point, that being the front tires themself! That is part of the main function. I wish they weren't so expensive to replace.

Not happy that I now have to spend $80 for new wheels after I’ve paid a lot of money to purchase the pram, I’d expect quality products.
