Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible quality in front wheels I am extremely disappointed in the front wheels on my city select stroller, not only are they falling apart, today while on a walk with my toddler, the whole wheel broke off. I am very frustrated, with the amount of money I have spent on my stroller I should be able to expect better quality and now I will be spending even more to replace both front wheels.

I have two of these exact same strollers with the front tires ripped apart and I’m very hesitant of spending $200 to get them rolling again. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Replacement wheel broken in less than 7 months Less than 7 months ago, I purchased 2 replacement wheels for our Baby Jogger City Select, as one of the front wheels had broken in the same way as the attached picture. Since we bought the stroller second hand, I chose to replace both at the same time. Now, one of the replacement wheels has broken! I figured the previous break was because the wheel was so old. (I also assumed the age of the wheels was what contributed to a wobble in the front wheels when running too fast. I was surprised the wobble continued even with the new wheels.) I'm really annoyed, because the only way to use the stroller, it to purchase another expensive, yet cheaply made, replacement wheel, crossing my fingers the next replacement will last longer. I will also be contacting the company in hopes this is covered under some sort of warranty. Less than 7 months of use is ridiculous!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful City mini GT2 has this new wheels on that are definitely terrible. I used a mini gt olde version for 5 years on really hard terrain and cobblestone and they were amazing. These new ones have no cushion at all. Very dissatisfied with this product given the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Front wheel fell apart I'm really happy with this stroller, but I was surprised to see that my front wheel is completely ripped apart. I've used it only a few times and everything else is in great condition. It seems to me that they're defective or poorly made. I'd hate to spend so much on new wheels if they're just going to fall apart again so quickly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly manufactured front wheels. Just like the rest of the 62 customers prior, I had the same problem with the rubber on the front wheel basically disintegrating! With the consistent response from the company that "customer service would contact them" I thought I would call them first. No accommodation at all!... I had to order the $40 replacement wheel! Customer service was nice but not empowered to correct this obvious manufacturers defect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New and Improved! I agree with what everyone has said: that the old wheels, which came with the stroller, were wearing out quickly and severely. However, the replacement ones seem MUCH BETTER. They are the same size, color, and style, but the design and material are improved and they make my old 2014 City Select look and feel BRAND NEW again! I love it and the kids love it. Thank you very much and special shout out to great customer service team!

The wheel is ok a temporary fix but sadly I have gone through to many of these wheels to count at this point. they need to be recalled asap and I should honestly be refunded for all of the wheels I have purchased over the past year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Replacement Broke Immediately! Hi purchase a replacement wheel earlier in the year when my front wheel cracked in half when trying to push it over a crack in the sidewalk. Upon receiving the replacement it was very easy to change out the broken one. However, the new wheel cracked almost immediately! We had may be gone on 5 to 10 walks when I was pushing my kids onto a sidewalk and it snapped sending the stroller crumpling forward! Leaving myself and my four kids stranded in our neighborhood. We had to wait for my husband to come pick us up as I had a three-year-old and one-year-old who were unable to walk the mile back to our home. I spent $40 replacing the wheel and it infuriates me to think that the only way to get my thousand dollar stroller rolling again is to spend 40 more dollars!

The part arrived as promised and was an exactly like the original. The replacement wheel was necessary because we accidentally smashed the original while closed a heavy door and not because of any defect.

This is the second time I am purchasing these front wheels. To say I am disappointed, is an understatement. Contemplating between this stroller and uppababy and finally going with this is the biggest regret of my life. I should have listened to my mum and gone with the uppababy vista. I regret purchasing this stroller all because of these front wheels. I will never recommend this stroller to anybody not even my enemy.
