Locating Your Product Information

Model Number

Most Model numbers can be found on the back of your Baby Jogger® product. In some Baby Jogger products, model numbers can be found on the top of a base unit.

Manufacturing Date

This date refers to the day, month, and year in which a Baby Jogger product was made, and can be found on the sticker along with the model number. Here are three examples manufactured date formats:

Works perfectly and I did not have the issue of what others say with the loops falling off the hooks. We had a lot of weight in the basket and there was no issue.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wears out too fast Basket is a decent size, but it doesn't stay well hooked, and the newest one we bought has worn out in only 8 months. The first one we had lasted for 2.5 years. Really disappointed to be having to order a third one in so short a time just to be able to carry a few basic things under the stroller. The plastic support rod that runs around the front has poked out through the side which is a hazard with my toddler running around the stroller and also means the basket is no longer well structured. The hooks at the front have never stayed hooked well on either one.

Went to install this basket and when taking off the old basket the female button that was welded on to the main frame of the stroller broke off, leaving now no way of attaching the new basket and leaving me with an unusable stroller. Support is not responding to me about this issue and I am going through endless loopholes. Do not recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Falls Off This was a MUCH needed replacement, although for some reason if keeps falling off in the one corner. Perhaps it just needs to be broken in more. It hasn't fallen off with anything in the basket. Grateful for replacement pieces.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Front loops don't stay on Loops that are supposed to attach to the front do not stay on. The hooks on the stroller open downwards. Terrible design. This is the 2nd time I've purchased this basket and it keeps having issues.
