Model Number

Most Model numbers can be found on the back of your Baby Jogger® product. In some Baby Jogger products, model numbers can be found on the top of a base unit.

Manufacturing Date

This date refers to the day, month, and year in which a Baby Jogger product was made, and can be found on the sticker along with the model number. Here are three examples manufactured date formats:

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The BEST double stroller!!! I purchased my citi mini double stroller more than 7 years (YEARS!!!) ago and I’m still using it to this day! What initially attracted me to this stroller was the large umbrellas - no other strollers on the market at that time had such large umbrellas - I wanted my toddler and infant to be protected from all kinds of weather conditions that I would inevitably encounter on my runs. When I looked at it in the store, I liked how light it was, how easy it was to fold/unfold, and how easily it turned...so I bought it. Now, 7+ years later (and one more kiddo), I still like all those things I initially liked but I love it even more! This bad boy can stand the test of time and here are some of the things it’s lasted through: hundreds of miles pushed around a park, one 1/2 marathon, 9 separate Disney World trips + airport transfers, dozens of trips around zoos, 3 children riding at once (not the safest, but we did what we did), and most recently, a 9 year old and a 7 year old (combined weight exceeds 110 lbs) riding together. No, 9 & 7 year olds shouldn’t be riding in strollers, but the heavy stroller gives me a great workout! The point is, we have exceeded recommended weight limits, we’ve traveled, we’ve used and abused this stroller for more than 7 years and it’s STILL holding strong! I would buy this stroller 10 times over if I needed to, but I won’t need to, because it’s just the best!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty Velcro straps We bought this when our twins were old enough to be without their infant car seat. We’ve had it for a year and while it is a roomy smooth ride when it works it’s great. However most of the time it does not work. When the girls are in it the Velcro tabs come apart and the cardboard that is in the seat cushion starts to falls out. This is very disturbing. Another problem I had was the stroller would not collapse. It took me almost 15 minutes in the freezing New York wind just took get it down. Awful. Just awful. I would expect way more specially for that price tag.I would love to use it but more often than not I’m afraid too. We also have the city select which we’ve had for years and loved.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed in change of straps To whom it may concern: We were given a city mini double jogger when we had our second child about a year ago. It was a used stroller, and eventually wore down to the point where the wheels did not stay on. We had such a good experience with it that we bought another one: Baby Jogger City Mini Double Stroller 2016. However, the newer model changed its straps and we find ourselves increasingly frustrated with this change. It takes us a lot of time to get our kids into the stroller, fishing for multiple parts and sliding the top piece into the side strap, before clipping it into the bottom strap. The stroller wasn’t a splurge for us, at close to $500, and we are disappointed that we are not in love with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy glide double stroller My daughter bought this stroller for me after a horrible experience with a competitors stroller. This stroller is easy to push even with a 2 yr old and a 3 month old. It is quiet and rides smooth. There is more than enough room for my grandson who is 32lbs and 35 inches. The hoods are super deep to protect the children from sun or wind. It is a pleasure to walk with this stroller. It is easy to fold it too and not too heavy to lift into my car

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Chicco Needs Adapter I am so disappointed! I’ve researched for months and asked other moms which double stroller they liked the best. I didn’t think to read the reviews on here! I didn’t know it wasn’t compatible with the most popular/most recommended infant car seat. I would have never purchased if I’d known. I now have to return this product with a 1 month old in tow.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not compatible with Chicco Keyfit I am a loyal baby jogger consumer (I have 3 single strollers that I LOVE) but I am beyond disappointed that this double stroller is not compatible with the Chicco Key Fit car seat. This is a poor move by Baby Jogger who is missing out on additional business, especially since the City Mini single is compatible with Chicco.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not compatible with all infant seats I bought the city mini single and it was compatible with my Peg Perego car seat. So I bought the Double assuming it would be compatible as well. That is not the case. I am super frustrated I can't use my new double stroller until my baby can hold his head up now. Not cool.
