Most Model numbers can be found on the back of your Baby Jogger® product. In some Baby Jogger products, model numbers can be found on the top of a base unit.

Manufacturing Date

This date refers to the day, month, and year in which a Baby Jogger product was made, and can be found on the sticker along with the model number. Here are three examples manufactured date formats:

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ridiculous My $600 stroller is now useless because they don’t have the infant attachment available. Time to return stroller and stop dealing with baby jogger. Going to tell all friends and family don’t ever buy baby jogger because of situations like this. Get your head on straight, you sell the attachments for other car seats that aren’t even you’re brand like maxi cost but can’t come up with a solution for your own product with the citi go infant seat, that’s a good selling point lol. Feel sorry for anyone who bought this junk side by side stroller that can walk their brand new baby around the neighborhood.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Customer Service! We had our first baby last summer and bought the mini city GT2 single. We had a graco car seat, so we got the adapters for the stroller so the car seat could easily click in. We had our second baby this summer, so naturally we purchased the double because we loved this stroller so much! Unfortunately, we assumed our adapters for the graco car seat would easily transfer from the single to the double, but we were sadly mistaken! I have searched allll over the internet for the adapters and even contacted customer service with no response!!! it wasn’t until i read the reviews on this product that i realized that this item hasn’t been in stock for months!!! How are you gonna sell a $600 stroller without having major accessories available?!! Highly disappointed especially when we raved about our single stroller to all our friends….

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never recommend I would not recommend Baby Jogger for any stroller needs. Figuring out the correct attachments for the infant car seat is a daunting task. When I called customer service to ask a question about my Baby Jogger city mini gt2 double stroller and my Britax infant car seat, the call center representative said “you should have just checked our compatibility chart before you purchased”. Someone gifted me the stroller and I already have car seats. They don’t work with the stroller. I found some free on Facebook marketplace, but the attachments don’t work for this type of stroller. Extremely confusing and frustrating. Would never recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Outraged I cannot believe that this part is still unavailable. After multiple contacts with Baby Jogger there is still no solution offered. We have the baby jogger single stroller and car seat and thought upgrading to the double would be a breeze. We are so disappointed in the company for making no attempt to rectify this issue and will not be recommending this products in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t even bother! Don’t even bother buying the double stroller if you need this adapter. ETA has been pushed back 3 times now. I have a VERY EXPENSIVE stroller that I can’t even use for my newborn and my toddler and it’s absolutely ridiculous. Yet, if I had another brand car seat I’d be able to purchase an adapter for that which is beyond frustrating! If I could return the stroller - I would.

Based on all of these reviews, I’m thinking I should just sell what I have and switch stroller and car seat brands completely. Looks like I’ll be spending $600 + dollars on a double stroller elsewhere since no one can get the proper adapters with baby jogger. A huge disappointment since we have loved our car seat and stroller.

I have been stalking this part after taking the $600 plunge for the double stroller, and MONTHS later I now have an infant and toddler that I can’t take on a walk. When will this part be available?????
