Locating Your Product Information

Model Number

Most Model numbers can be found on the back of your Baby Jogger® product. In some Baby Jogger products, model numbers can be found on the top of a base unit.

Manufacturing Date

This date refers to the day, month, and year in which a Baby Jogger product was made, and can be found on the sticker along with the model number. Here are three examples manufactured date formats:

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great for Graco snugride infant seat! Adapters for the Graco Snugride infant seats work great! Easy to use and remove to fold. They accomplish their purpose of having both an infant seat and a toddler seat on a side by side stroller. I will say that I wasn’t aware that the stroller sunshade had to be removed on that side in order for the adapters to be installed. It’s also important to note that when you have the adapters installed on one side, the other side sunshade can’t move from open to closed or vice versa. So it either needs to be open or closed. Choose the position you want before putting in the infant seat as the handle blocks the opposite sunshade. All in all, it serves its purpose and I’m satisfied.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never recommend I would not recommend Baby Jogger for any stroller needs. Figuring out the correct attachments for the infant car seat is a daunting task. When I called customer service to ask a question about my Baby Jogger city mini gt2 double stroller and my Britax infant car seat, the call center representative said “you should have just checked our compatibility chart before you purchased”. Someone gifted me the stroller and I already have car seats. They don’t work with the stroller. I found some free on Facebook marketplace, but the attachments don’t work for this type of stroller. Extremely confusing and frustrating. Would never recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Infant seat doesn’t fit Bought this stroller because we have the city mini gt2 single which is and was amazingly convenient and easy to hook our graco infant seat into. Our same infant seat won’t even fit into the stroller? How is this possible? We only bought this because we have the car seat adapters and the tray and didn’t want to have to start over? This will be a huge waste if baby jogger doesn’t have a solution to mediate our issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DISAPPOINTED. TERRIBLE. I can’t use this expensive stroller with its own brand of car seat because you still have to get the adapters??!! That makes no sense!!! Super upset. Will be returning definitely not worth the headache. On top of paying a lot for the stroller you have to pay more FOR ADAPTERS. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Only issue is once the carseat is on the stroller, the second seat cannot have the sunshade extended. You can extend it before you put the carseat on but then you can't retract it once the carseat is attached either.. so that's a little annoying.

We were extremely disappointed when the car seat would not work in the side by side double. It is too large. The child’s tray made for the single, also will not work. We wasted our money buying double stroller now that none of our accessories work. Will be trying to return and purchase one that work with our infant car seat to use this summer
