Care & Maintenance
    • Machine wash seat in cold water with mild soap on delicate cycle and drip dry.
    • Seat pad fabric is designed to be stain resistant. When needed, machine wash seat in cold water with mild soap on delicate cycle and drip dry. Do not use bleach, solvents or abrasive cleaning materials. Do not press, iron, dry clean or tumble dry. Tray insert is removable and dishwasher safe (top rack only). All remaining plastic parts may be surface washed only using warm water and mild soap; towel dry. To clean harness, surface wash with a damp cloth using warm water and mild soap; air dry. Do not machine wash harness or immerse in water, doing so may weaken the straps. Do not store outside or near a direct heat source such as a radiator or fire. Always store in a dry and safe environment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Safety concerns Not safe!!!. Safety issue. My son has only been in this high hair for 8 months and we have had multiple issues with it. My main concern is that The buckle jammed and would not release. This could have lead to delays in life saving intervention in the event of an emergency/ choking etc.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY! Unbelievable that this is 300 bucks! My baby is 7 months and just the straps alone are so annoying! But today I decided I wanted her to eat off the tray… NOPE so much space between her and the tray! Literally only has 3 slots and that’s it. I am so beyond disappointed! A complete mess now I’m out of 300 bucks and I don’t know how she’s going to eat without all the food getting in her lap! I wish I would’ve used this way before my return was over do! We literally bought the stroller, car seat, bouncer AND high chair and so disappointed with all of them!! I will be making a video about all their products! All I got back was a automated txt and that’s it! Didn’t reach out, nothing. DO not waste your money!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tray breaks- will need to buy replacements We purchased this initially because we read good reviews and wanted something compact, foldable, but also sturdy and high quality. It certainly is compact and foldable, however our tray has now broke twice on its own and we have had to purchase yet another replacement tray. The part of the tray that locks the tray in just stops working and will not eject outwards to lock in. This is the second time this has happened (once with original tray and now with the second tray we have purchased) so this is definitely a product issue and not an issue with our use. This chair is not inexpensive and we were willing to spend the money since we will use it all the time and for the safety of our children, however we would like to warn future customers it would be worth purchasing another high chair knowing you may have to continue to spend money on replacement products.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy Clean up Bought this used! Loved how compact it is! Folds smaller than my evenflo stroller in the trunk. I did notice tray had a smell after using it once and I removed the screws and to my finding there was mold along the inside and rust along the screws that hold it shut. I did disarm the entire tray, scrubbed and cleaned it! Putting back wasn't difficult at all since I used the moldy pics from previous reviewers to guide placement of springs and mechanical devices. All fresh and just like new. I did misplace straps so I will have to buy new ones but other than that I've enjoyed it so far.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tray would not stay in place I wish i read the reviews about the tray before purchasing this highchair, the tray wouldn't stay in place and my toddler keeps knocking off his food. I am so disappointed as i had planned to use this chair till my soon is 3 years and he is not even 2 yet and everything is falling apart.. I feel worse that i have recommended this product to my family and friends too because it folds away... My advise just keep searching for a better a highchair for durability sake.. I wish i saw this reviews before buying this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective tray Like so many others here the tray is defective. We have a small home and for a little over a year this high chair has served us well. This morning one side stopped clicking into the chair. Apparently this is a design flaw, which is unfortunate as this is an expensive high chair! We never placed it in a dishwasher and always wash and dry it entirely by hand after each meal. Very disappointing

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Infamous tray strike again Much like all the other review, we loved this high chair due to the ability to fold, but as everyone else has stated, our tray no longer clips in on one side. For the price of this high chair and the clear safety issue of it not properly securing your child in the chair, I can’t believe it’s not an automatic free replacement.
