The city GO™ 2 infant car seat provides a safe spot for baby to join in on family adventures from day one! It securely installs in any car or taxi, even without a car seat base, thanks to the taxi-safe belt path. Or, use the new RAPIDLOCK Base, which installs in seconds using belt-tensioning technology, and know that the Anti-Rebound bar is providing an extra layer of safety for your baby. city GO™ 2 also easily clicks in to your favorite Baby Jogger stroller to create the perfect travel system. This seat is rated for infants rear-facing from 4 to 35 lb and up to 32" and features a new quiet canopy design that allows baby to remain undisturbed while on the go. The base can be installed using your vehicle belt or the integrated push button LATCH, and features 4 recline positions to ensure a level install. New TRUE Test Plus enhanced safety standards provide additional peace of mind that baby will be protected.

- Machine wash seat and canopy in cold water with mild soap on delicate cycle and drip dry. Do not use bleach, solvents or abrasive cleaning materials. Do not press, iron, dry clean or tumble dry. Shell and hardware may be surface washed only using warm water and mild soap; towel dry. To clean harness, surface wash with a damp cloth using warm water and mild soap; air dry. Do not machine wash harness or immerse in water, doing so may weaken the straps. Do not store outside or near a direct heat source such as a radiator or fire. Always store in a dry and safe environment.

Very safe and comfortable car seat
First off this car seat is perfect for a baby girl or a boy as the color is gender neutral. Baby boy or a girl is definitely going to be comfortable if you choose this car seat as the padding is a very nice quality. The straps and such are easily adjustable, and some padding can even be removed for when baby grows a bit. Installation is great and easy for on the go. I love how it provides UV protection as well. Definitely recommend. Top of the line.

Good car seat, color not fully expected.
This is relatively easy to install; as easy as other carrier car seats. My daughter seems comfortable in the carrier. The buckles and clips are all secure and strong. From the photo, I anticipated this to be a dark colored carrier car seat but it's a light tan.

Luxurious feeling and looking
This is a super nice car seat. It has a ton of padding that feels very luxurious. The color is gender neutral and I like that. Installations was easy and standard clips. Straps were easy to adjust. I have not washed the covers yet so I don’t know how easy they are to remove. The car seat was a bit heavy but they always are. I feel comfortable that my baby will be safe in this seat.

Perfection
Our first should be here next week and I’ve been so nervous trying to put together only the best, safest products based on recommendations and ratings etc. This has to be the highest quality out of anything we have collected.. it’s VERY sturdy and I love the sunscreen element. The padding is unlike any other we have looked at.. and it’s just beautiful. I have such piece of mind knowing that we will have a safe trip home from the hospital in this thing.. it’s already in the car ready to go. I’ll be getting the next version when she grows out of it. I’m so obsessed.

Easy to install, lightweight, and feels super secure. Even without other Baby Jogger gear, it holds its own. The best part is you can take this guy on the go without the base! It has a cool mechanism that allows you to safely secure it with just a seatbelt!

Solid, cool, safe car seat
Solid car seat. I haven’t put a real baby in there yet (due in December) but the baby doll looks mighty comfortable. I had the uppababy mesa with my first and this one seems to be equal if not better. The shade cover is nice and big. The straps are easy to tighten and loosen. The infant insert seems very secure. The fabric also seems to be sweat wicking which is nice because the mesa was really hot. I can’t speak to how it installs in the car but when i do install it, I’ll try and come back and review that part as well. So far I’m impressed.

BEST infant seat if you have 2 cars or family who
The installation instructions were straightforward and it was easy to install! This is truly a luxury car seat with how soft and comfortable it is for baby. I also love that you can wash the padding. But my favorite feature is the ability to use it without a base. We have 2 cars but only 1 base and my family sometimes watches the baby so it is so amazing to not have to install the base every time! The one thing that I don’t like is the adjustable handle because you have to press both buttons on each side but I wish it was just a button in the middle.

I wish I had this for my first one
I wish I would have this seat for my first one. When baby is very small it needs more head support and the car seat has an amount that really makes me happy. Has extra padding for back support as well. You can remove parts as the baby grows. The material feels very soft and natural. This is a very high quality chair

I love this car seat for my little one. It's perfect for taking a newborn home and has great cushioning. The headrest is adjustable for when baby grows, to maximize her comfort. I love how quietly the canopy can be adjusted, as our old car seat would always wake her up when we'd snap the canopy up. The base is easy to install and the car seat itself is very easy to get into and out of the car. I also greatly appreciate the high safety ratings as there is nothing more important than keeping our baby safe.

I am 4 months pregnant and this car seat came at the perfect time. We used the Nuna pipa with my son and as we loved that car seat this one feels more luxurious and is clearly more expensive. I love the material of the car seat it feels soft and cushioned. I also like how the strap covers aren’t absurdly thick like other seats, these do the trick. The seat is comparable in weight to the Nuna pipa. We didn’t install the car seat yet but the instructions are very clear and it should be as simple as any other seat. We are having a girl this time so I’m SO excited about this color! We will also now be using this car seat instead of the pipa because I love the luxurious feel for my baby.

Day one car seat in a new color
This infant car seat now comes in a light brown new color, which is very attractive. The car seat has removable padding that feels supportive and inappropriate. The base is easy to install, however is missing a for support found on other base models. Which would elevate the safety and overall stars. It’s compatible with other baby jogger products.

I absolutely love the City GO 2 infant car seat. The quality is superior. It comes with a head and body support pad which is removable once your baby has neck control. The car seat is very easy to install and has four recline positions and I love that it has rocking ability to sooth baby. The rapid lock removable base makes it so much easier. The straps are very easy to adjust. I love the quiet canopy. The weight is to be expected for any car seat.

Impeccable quality and safety features!
This has to be the most well-made infant car seat I’ve ever seen. That says a lot, coming from a mom of 4! The material is soft and plus, and it’s obvious that this seat is of higher quality than other similar brands of similar cost. Installation will be super easy with the latch system, and the straps adjust easily to fit your little one snugly and safely. This is an awesome brand and car seat.

Compact and cushy
I have the Uppa baby vista mesa v2 so in comparison the City Go is actually slightly less bulky and with the base it’s a pound less heavy. Sometimes you’re alone lugging your car seat around with or without your baby in it and the weight matters. I am a small person so every little bit helps. I am using this for my second baby who is yet to arrive and my first is too big for this but this feels and looks cushier. The one con is that this car seat is only used for the baby jogger stroller. Even the Nuna car seat has adapters that allow you to use it on the Uppa baby so I would love an option of having a better car seat that goes with a different stroller. Sometimes you need to switch up the systems so it’s nice to have options.

Worth the buy!
Oh my goodness!! I love this infant carrier. The fabric is so thick, and the sun shade is also a thick durable cloth. It was all put together and installing it in the car was a breeze. It has a great 5 point harness with shoulder pads to protect baby’s neck. This seat just looks so comfortable. The carrying handle was a little difficult to adjust at first, but after a few times I got it figured out. The color is so pretty and can be used for girls or boys.
