    Job Summary

    Reports to: Director Inventory and Logistics

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage inventory levels across all Baby Jogger products to achieve weeks of supply goals
    • Determine re-buy quantities; build out and optimize container quantities while adhering to MOQ requirements
    • Maintain qualitative data on Excel planning ladders and communicate relevant updates
    • Communicate purchasing needs to factories, monitor capacity and resolve issues to maximize on-time delivery
    • Ensure POs are created accurately and delivery dates are maintained
    • Serve as backup for all Logistics-related activities including international shipping and domestic allocation
    • Assist with outbound domestic shipments to ensure on-time fulfillment
    • Execute beginning and end of life activities and coordinate related communications
    • Collaborate with Demand Planner and cross functional partners to determine weekly sales forecasts
    • Ensure POs are received into the correct warehouse locations to secure inventory for key customers
    • Work with business unit and Inventory Director to plan, execute and follow-up on projects
    • Support management team to develop and document best practices and SOPs
    • Maintain a positive attitude and commit to continuous improvement

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
    • 3+ years’ experience analyzing and planning inventory preferred
    • 1+ years’ experience allocating product from a warehouse a plus
    • Strong time management & organizational skills (including using electronic tools such as outlook to assist in this effort)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel
