    Baby Jogger is searching for an individual with proven success in eCommerce Sales and Marketing to help build our existing business and cultivate new business opportunities.  As an eCommerce Manager you will be managing every facet of your account base needs within both existing and prospective business.  The ideal candidate will have eCommerce and Business Development experience.

    The position requires effective communication with the National Sales Manager and the sales team. It also requires the ability to multi-task and work independently in a focused work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage key account’s online item catalog content and item set up
    • Analyze and monitor key competitor sites
    • Plan and execute online marketing activities and promotional programs
    • Ensure Baby Jogger content is:  up to date, accurate and streamlined across all online accounts
    • Forecast inventory, site traffic trend analysis, and conduct post promotion analysis
    • Maintain brand stores, execute images, and upload video for all online accounts
    • Meet aggressive growth objectives within existing accounts
    • Meet aggressive growth objectives for new business
    • Manage all aspects of business for your assigned accounts, including pre/post sales paperwork, set up sheets, inventory delays, marketing activities etc.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • A 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Sales Management or a related field
    • 5+ years relevant experience in eCommerce Sales and Marketing
    • Strong analytical and presentation skills
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Business experience with Amazon a plus
  • Inside Sales Account Representative

    Job Summary

    Reports to: National Sales Manager

    Baby Jogger is searching for an individual with proven success in telephone sales and delivering excellent customer service.  As an Inside Sales Account Representative you will be handling the sales process from initial call to closing the deal in a business to business environment. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience. Call center and telemarketing experience is preferred.

    The position requires effective communication with the National Sales Manager and the entire sales team. It also requires the ability to multi-task and work independently in a focused work environment.

    The Inside Sales Account Representative is a new position within the Company. The individual will be responsible for the growth of existing business as well as cultivating new business via telemarketing.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make outbound sales calls based on provided leads
    • Communicate persuasively and successfully with store owners
    • Get decision makers on the phone with you and close the sale
    • Process pre and post sales paperwork
    • Communicate weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
    • Ensure new product and marketing initiatives are implemented with all assigned accounts
    • Make a required amount of outbound calls and contacts a day
    • Overcome objections
    • Create relationships with existing accounts

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Background in sales and/or marketing
    • 2 years of experience successfully selling Business to Business
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Stellar interpersonal skills – must be personable, determined and positive
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Must  be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively
    • Ability to succeed in a competitive, high-performance work
